The whole build managed for you — design input, trades, sequencing and delivery — so you deal with one person from start to finish.
The part of a building project that goes wrong most often is not the work — it is the gaps between trades. The plasterer arrives before the first fix is finished, the kitchen lands a fortnight before the floor is down, and nobody owns the decision that would have prevented it.
We run the whole thing ourselves. All trades are covered in-house or booked and sequenced by us, materials are ordered to arrive when they are needed, and you have one person to speak to about any of it from the first conversation to handover.
That also means design input along the way. Customers regularly ask us how to lay out a kitchen, where to put an opening, or how to get the same result for less — and because we are the ones building it, we can give a straight answer about what each option actually costs to do.
