New build homes

We build complete houses and bungalows from the ground up — groundworks and foundations through to the last coat of paint. Most of our new builds are one-off family homes on private plots across Dumfries and Galloway, built to the client's own drawings or to a layout we help shape with them.

We also develop and market our own new-build homes. That means we are not only building to someone else's brief: we make the specification decisions ourselves, and buyers who come to us early can choose finishes, kitchens and joinery details before they are fitted. Very few local builders work this way, and it is a useful thing to know if you are weighing up a self-build against buying something already finished.

Because every trade on the site is ours to sequence, the programme holds together. Groundworks, timber kit or blockwork, roof, wind and watertight, then services, plastering, joinery and decoration — each stage set up so the next one can start cleanly.
