We work across Dumfries and Galloway. If you are near the edge of the region and not sure whether we would come out to you, just ask — it is usually worth a phone call.
We handle the whole thing. All trades are covered, either in-house or booked and sequenced by us, and you deal with Blair from the first conversation through to handover. You should not need to arrange anything separately.
Yes. Quotes are free and there is no obligation. We will come out, look at the job properly and put a written price together — tell us what you are planning and we will arrange a time.
Yes. We build complete houses and bungalows from the ground up, as well as extensions, renovations, barn and garage conversions and garden rooms. We also develop and market our own new-build homes.
Yes — we provide a written guarantee on the work we complete. We will confirm exactly what it covers for your project when we quote.
We will arrange a time to come and look at the job, talk through what you are trying to achieve and what is realistic, and follow that up with a written quote. If you go ahead, we will agree a start date and take it from there.
Anything not covered here — planning, building warrant, access, how a job would be staged around you living in the house — is best answered on a call. Ask us, and if we do not know the answer we will say so.
